Whether kitchen or front of house, we strive to offer a truly special dining experience.We aim to provide knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient service, and place a great emphasis on training. An appreciation and understanding of Vietnamese culture, history and food is key for us all and our talented Head Chef conducts regular kitchen tasting sessions for all staff.
Our Mission is to provide fresh, authentic, regional Vietnamese food at reasonable prices in a vibrant environment. We aim to delight the senses with a selection of dishes while maintaining the essence of what Vietnamese cuisine means to us – accessible and full of flavour.
Our menu draws from the past and looks to the future relying on a balance of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavours achieved by the use of cane sugar, nuoc mam (fermented fish sauce), limes and chilli peppers.Our dishes use plenty of fresh herbs essential to Vietnamese cuisine whether picked off their stems or chopped.Raw leaves are tucked into our rice paper summer rolls, hot broths, mixed into our cool salads, stir-fried or wrapped.Our signature broths are simmered for a minimum of 10 hours to get that rich depth of flavour and we ensure that there are plenty of options for vegetarians and other special dietary requirements.Due to popular demand we also offer a wide selection of Dim Sum during lunch time
